So, when you have the chance to visit a family owned peanut factory, stop ... it's worth the stop!Below is a photo of the main workshop |

After removing the shells and drying comes ... quality! The vibrating sieve (below left) produces 4 fractions - waste/small/medium/big - which are collected in baskets (below right) |

Next step is boiling the raw peanuts in hot water for half an hour (below) ...

... and after drying the cooked peanuts comes stir roasting in salt ...

... and separating the roasted peanuts from the salt ...
|

... and finally after cooling comes packaging ...

But best of it is ... eating the peanuts freshly roasted at this 'factory outlet'!
